This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including the available shipping methods, processing times, costs, and more. Whether you are purchasing a timepiece for yourself or as a gift, we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed on https://coolfronie.com, our team works diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you place your order after 2:00 PM CST, it will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. If there are any delays or issues with processing your order, we will contact you promptly to provide an update.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the different needs of our customers. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. This option is perfect for customers who do not require expedited delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days, providing a faster solution if you need your watch sooner.
- Express Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer next-business-day shipping, which ensures your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Shipping methods are determined at checkout based on your location, and you can choose your preferred method before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination address and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
For orders under $50, shipping costs will be added at checkout. The costs for expedited and express shipping will also be calculated based on your location and the shipping option selected.
For international shipments, the shipping fee will vary depending on the destination country. You can view the estimated shipping costs during checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States and to select international locations. International shipping is available to the following countries: Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Japan. 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to check the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand during holidays. In the event of a delay, please refer to the tracking information for real-time updates. 7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
8. Shipping to PO Boxes
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes using standard shipping. However, please note that certain expedited and express shipping methods may not be available for PO Box addresses.
9. International Shipping and Customs
For our international customers, please note that your country may impose customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon arrival of the goods. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. We advise you to check with your local customs office to understand the potential additional costs before placing your order.
