At CoolFronie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your watch purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return any items purchased from CoolFronie within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn, altered, or resized are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Returns must include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@coolfronie.com or call (608) 776-8719 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the invoice or receipt with your return.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or color, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in processing the exchange and ensure that your new item is shipped to you as soon as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-engraved watches.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping fees.
